The winners for the 2025 European Social Services Awards will be announced at the annual European Social Services Awards Ceremony, which will take place in Madrid, Spain on 13-14 November in the Colegio Oficial Arquitectos de Madrid (COAM).
In order to be eligible to win an award, shortlisted organisations must register a minimum of two representatives per organisation to attend the ceremony and cover their participation costs.
Participation fees are as follows:
- ESN Members: €148
- Non-ESN Members (that are non Private Organisations): €190
- Organisations from Spain (that are non Private Organisations): €125
- Reduced Delegate Rate*: €105
- Private Organisations: €275
The fee includes:
- Site visits to services led by Madrid City Council on 13 & 14 November
- Your pass for the Awards Ceremony on the evening of 13 November
- Networking Session on 14 November between 9 am and 2 pm
- Roundtable discussions held with international and national panellists on 14 November
- A welcome drink and full three course dinner, tea and coffee on 13 November
- Tea and coffee and warm lunch on 14 November
*The reduced rate includes participants from the following countries: Croatia, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania, Kosovo.
